FASTEST GREEN JUICE RECIPE
Its very important that you try to get adequate servings of vegetables everyday. Its easy to over look veggies while planning meals or when eating all together. How likely would it be for you to eat your vegetables if you could drink them from a cup? I personally like to juice as soon as I wake up in the morning. I have a green juice along side my breakfast. Before juicing make sure you wash all your fruits and vegetables thoroughly to remove any dirt, pesticides or bacteria. Its best to consume your juice as soon as its prepared. If you made a little extra it can be stored in a tightly sealed container for about 24-48 hours.

FRESH JUICE OVER BOTTLED JUICE
Fresh juice contains better overall nutritional value. Its like drinking natural vitamins filled enzymes, essential minerals, antioxidants, and natural antibiotics. Bottled juices are usually pasteurized, meaning they were heated and processed, which can kill off vitamins and minerals. Most bottled juices also contain added sugar amongst other ingredients you probably don’t need which kind of defeats the purpose of juicing. At least when you make your own fresh juice you know exactly whats going in it.
